Last weekend in my dad’s hometown of Hemnesberget, Norway they held the “Vettenrennet 2012.” The contest consists of competitors hiking to the top of Hemnesfjellet and skiing down. This year Marie Skoseng from Mo i Rana won a pair of Volkl Pearl Skis for the Grete Award. I am super stoked on the event and really proud of my dad for being part of something so cool. Here are the pictures below from the event.

Your dad is cool, I remember him as a giant guy with a great big smile! You had a tough season, your fans know your knee is just a speed bump. You’ll be back stronger for sure. I didn’t know when would be a good time to ask you for that radio interview. I can pre-record or live.
