Fuel – Chobani
Got the thumbs up to go skiing in a week and Red Bull got me a new helmet.
Pretty cool, huh?
Went for an interval bike ride in 100 degree weather.
Made a smoothie. 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup skim milk, 4 tbsp Chobani, 1/2 cup flax seed and one banana.
Saw my favorite sunscreen at Sports Authority.
