After going to Northern Norway for a little while I started speaking Nordnorsk again. Karina who is actually from Oslo, Norway even picked up the dialect. Check out our dialogue below.

Henningsvaer – fishing village in Lofoten.

Karina singing the Henningsvaer song. A lot of you might not know this about me, but when I was a little girl I went to a fish factory and I was scarred for life. Well, at least until this last year. I have been dabbling in sushi and some fresh cooked fish. I am not so sure going back to the fish factory was a good idea. WARNING! The photos below are disturbing.

Lofoten is a really nice place. The only way to get to the top of the mountains here is to hike. Just like in the old days.

Once you get to the top, there’s some nice stuff to ski.

Ane Enderud! The reason I do not have many photos of Ane is because she an incredibly fast hiker. Luckily, I was able to snap this picture of her on the way down.

Just so you know I am on a trip with Ane Enderud and Karina Hollekim in Northern Norway. We are shooting for a movie with Choas Productions about all the skiing in Norway. I am having a blast with these girls! I have known about these girls forever and now I finally get to ski with them. It’s so cool. Pictures coming soon!
