So I have no pics from the slope course because it was super intense and I did not have time to think of taking photos. Just imagine 6 jumps, two rails and lots of speed. The halfpipe and Tignes in the background. Dan Marion (Love Him!) and Shmuck (Newschoolers & All Around Great Guy) Halfpipe is very intense nowadays. Two pairs of skis on hand, coaches, perfection, perfection. I just love riding that tranny and making fun runs. ...

Jet-lag Registration with Pete O and Keri H. Practice was canceled today, I guess the pipe was not ready. Why is the mountain side blue? I wonder if you can see the pipe from space. Anyways, early morning in the slope course tomorrow. Then pipe practice at night. Seeing everyone again is fun. ...

Wilderness Skiing JMills Entertainment always getting the shot, beautifully. Stan Evans Photography does not let a little hike stop him. Sledding and scoping, then skiing. My life became a little bit of a mess. Time to blow off some stress at the lake. The greatest cross training activity for skiing. ...

Recently a friend of mine CR Johnson died while skiing at his home mountain in Squaw Valley, CA. Even though CR went through his previous injury no one could of predicted we would lose him so soon. Early in my skiing career I was fortunate to hang out and travel with CR, Tanner, Mickael and the rest of the crew. I always looked up to these guys because they were skiing and going to the places I wanted to go. You could not find better skiers to be around and be inspired by. I connected with these guys because we all loved to ski. And we all came up in an era when skiing was not exactly cool and...

Hey Everyone,

Still just working like a mad woman filming for SAY MY NAME. Skier/Landscaper that is what I do in the winter. Build jumps and ski, ha ha. I will have a full update by tomorrow of all our antics in Washington, D.C. This trip is great!

Keri Herman and I have been watching the Olympics late night style after skiing and we are loving it. We love women’s hockey, boarder cross, downhill skiing, pairs skating and our favorite and most entertaining discipline/sport so far, male figure skating A.K.A. CHADS! This guy from Russia is our favorite, but it is an entertaining group.

Talk to you soon,

Grete

P.S. Dick Button is our favorite Olympian.

Tomorrow I will be on Capital Hill participating in lobbying visits supporting the high school athletic data bills and Title IX in general. However, there is a blizzard going on in DC right now. I heard if the snow continues the government shuts down. So I will keep you posted and make you sure you follow me on twitter for step-by-step action. http://twitter.com/greteeliassen
